Andrei Akopian, Managing partner of Caderus Capital, presented his suggestions on the ways to boost the securities investment cooperation between Russia and China at the annual Intergovernmental Committee meeting which was held online for the first time in the Committee's history.

Fosun International has acquired a 20% stake in Prod.Center, the leading Russian B2B marketplace for agricultural products trading. Caderus Capital acted as the sole organizer and financial advisor for the transaction. Caderus Capital had also arranged the previous round of financing for the Russian company, during which Altair Group became a shareholder of the growing business.

Andrei Akopian, Managing partner of Caderus Capital, a Russia-China investment firm and the official representative of the Moscow Exchange for China, has arranged and acted as moderator for three discussion panels focusing on the Chinese PE and portfolio investments into Russia. The discussion panels were part of investment conferences co-organized by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Moscow Exchange in Shenzhen (13 November), Shanghai (14 November) and Beijing (15 November).

Caderus Capital, the Russian-Chinese investment firm and the official representative of the Moscow Exchange for China, has, in cooperation with the Moscow Exchange, launched a new format of regular interactive communication with a growing audience of Chinese financiers, investment managers and analysts, expressing interest in the Russian financial markets and investment instruments.

Caderus Capital has arranged cooperation between two leading Chinese mainland securities firms, CITIC Securities and Galaxy Securities, and the Moscow Exchange.
